TEST Your participation could make a world of difference to our understanding of how the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine may affect pregnancy and infants.

About the Study

We are conducting a survey among pregnant women to learn more about the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. If you join the study, you will be asked to fill out questionnaires approximately seven times – three times during your pregnancy and four times during the 12 months after delivery.

We would also contact your health care providers on your behalf to help provide a more complete picture of your pregnancy and your baby’s pediatrician to enquire about any changes in your baby’s health during their first year of life. The questionnaires can be done online or by phone - you do not have to visit a study site, and there are no extra treatments, lab tests, or health care visits needed.

The following information will be collected:

  • Demographic information.

  • Lifestyle information.

  • Your medical history.

  • Current pregnancy information.

  • COVID-19 history.

  • Your baby’s health information.
