How do I take part?
You can participate if you:
Are diagnosed with Carcinoid Cancer and/or Neuroendrocrine Tumors
Have not been on an oral or injectable treatment; or are currently on, or was previously on, an injectable treatment
Live in the United States
Have a smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS)
